Earthquake Damage Increased with Dig Move
Impacts Pokemon Sword and Shield
Updated November 23, 2020
A new update has been released for Pokemon Sword and Shield, and it includes a significant change to the Earthquake attack. Previously, Earthquake would deal damage to all opponents on the field. However, the new update allows Earthquake to deal double damage to opponents who are underground due to the Dig move.
This change makes Earthquake a much more powerful move, as it can now be used to target opponents who are trying to avoid damage by going underground. It also makes Dig a less effective move, as it can now be punished by Earthquake.
The update also includes a number of other changes, including:
- The release of new Gigantamax forms for Venusaur, Blastoise, and Charizard
- The addition of new moves, including Max Mindstorm and Max Ooze
- Various bug fixes and performance improvements
Overall, the new update is a major addition to Pokemon Sword and Shield. It includes a number of new features and improvements that will make the game more enjoyable for players.
